What you're buying
We make short marketing films from photos of a property you provide. A Listing Film is a 60–90 second widescreen (16:9) film. A Social Reel Edit is a separate 30–45 second vertical (9:16) edit. A Narrative Voiceover is a written script read by an AI narrator and mixed into the film. Package contents and prices are listed on our packages page and at checkout.
Our films are made with AI video tools from your still photos. They show camera movement, light and atmosphere that were not filmed on location. Effects such as a dusk sky are only added if you ask for them. You are responsible for following any listing-platform or MLS rules about disclosing edited or virtually enhanced media.
Timing
- First cut: within 24 hours of receiving your photos.
- Revision: each film includes one revision round, delivered within 2 days of your change request. A reel shares its film's revision round.
- Extra revisions, new photos after a film is approved, 4K or other formats are quoted separately before any work.
- If we can't meet a delivery time, we tell you by email with a new time.
Your photos
You confirm that you own the photos you send, or have permission to use them to market the property. You give us permission to use them only to make your films. We don't publish your photos or your films as our own marketing without your written permission.
Using your films
Once paid in full, you may use your films and reels to market that property on any channel, including listings, websites, social media, email and paid ads. Licensed music is cleared for that use. The music may not be separated from the film or reused elsewhere.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are paid at checkout through Stripe. Checkout, receipts and card statements show Dalton Rios LLC. Portfolio packages are paid up front, and their films must be used within 6 months of purchase.
The Monthly Plan renews every month until cancelled, with a 3-month minimum. Each month's films must be used within 90 days and don't roll over. After the minimum, cancel anytime by email, effective at the end of the current month. If you cancel before the minimum, the remaining minimum months are still due.
Refunds
- Full refund for any film we haven't started producing. Reply to your order email to cancel.
- Once production of a film has started, that film can't be refunded, but you still get your revision round to make it right.
- For packages, unused films that haven't been started are refunded at the package's per-film price.
Our responsibility
We make every film with care, but we don't guarantee any specific booking, sale or marketing result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update them. The version shown when you ordered applies to that order.
