What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone, company, listing link, property type and what you bought.
- Your photos and any notes you send about the property.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic visit data: if you open a private sample page we made for you, we record that it was viewed and when.
How we use it
To make and deliver your films, send your receipts and order updates, answer your questions, and keep business records. If you're a business we've contacted about our service, we use your business contact details to follow up. You can ask us to stop at any time, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe: payments.
- GoHighLevel: our customer records and emails.
- Base44: hosting of private sample pages.
- Netlify: hosting of this website.
- AI video, voice and editing tools: to process your photos into films.
We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your photos and project files for 12 months after delivery, so we can make revisions or new cuts, then delete them. We keep order and payment records as long as tax law requires. Ask us and we'll delete your photos and files sooner.

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.
